Tattoo crafty software?

I recently chose to get my first Tattoo, i have a few thought ’s but i need a program to piece them together, i was wondering if any of you knew of any sites with free software available to download?

man there really isnt a program to use specifically for tattoo if there was it would make are job a lot simpler but you can use paint on your pad or adobe photo shop to do a bunch of things to photos and stuff you could use it but other then that thats all
